Explanation ingredients chicken tikka masala

Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavor, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavor.
Cumin: gives a nut and peppery flavor to dishes. To be used in curry or chili.

Preparation chicken tikka masala

  1. Mix 100 milliliters of curd, 2 tablespoons of Aachi Chicken Tikka Masala and 2 tablespoons of oil into a smooth lump-free paste.
  2. Adjust the salt to taste.
  3. Marinate 500 grams of fresh and clean boneless chicken pieces with the above paste for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Roast the chicken pieces on both sides in a tava or pan for about 10 minutes.
  5. Grill the chicken on direct heat for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with lemon and onion rings.
  7. Serve spicy chicken Tikka with mint chutney.
