Cut Mango Pickle, from the land of the Maharajas, a tribute to the king of fruits! A fiery mango pickle in sesame oil, seasoned to perfection with mustard seeds, cumin and asafoetida (hing). The pieces of mango give an extra bite. This delicious, spicy pickle is an excellent accompaniment to rice dishes. This highly concentrated sauce is often used by adding 1 or 2 tablespoons (depending on your taste) to rice as a flavor enhancer, but can also be used as a dipping sauce for papads.
