Preparation Gobi Manchurian Mix

  1. Cut 150 grams of cauliflower into small florets, wash and keep it aside.
  2. Add 20 milliliters of water to 20 grams of Aachi Gobi Manchurian Mix.
  3. Mix this together to obtain a thick batter.
  4. Mix the cauliflower florets into the batter and set aside for 2 minutes.
  5. Fry the florets over medium heat and fry them for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Heat 20 milliliters of oil to fry chopped onion, ginger, garlic and bell pepper.
  7. Add 150 grams of tomato ketchup, 15 grams of chili sauce and, to taste, salt and pepper.
  8. Cook this for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Now tasty Aachi Manchurian Gravy is ready.
  10. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
