Explanation ingredients

Ginger: has an intense pungent taste. Can be used in, for example, desserts, bread or biscuits. In India it is widely used with fish.
Coriander: The leaves have a lemony taste, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed taste.
Fennel: promotes digestion and freshens breath. Fennel tea is used for coughing.

Preparation Kadai Chicken Masala

Take 50 grams of Aachi Kadai Chicken Masala for 1 kg of chicken breast pieces.
Add finely chopped fried onions, tomatoes, dry peppers.
Boil the mixture to 5 whistles and set aside.
For best results, add curry leaves fried in coconut oil and garnish.
Now the tasty Aachi Kadai Chicken Masala is ready to serve hot.

After opening, store the rest of the spice mix in an airtight container and use a clean, dry spoon.
