Explanation of ingredients malvani chicken masala

Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavor, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavor.

Preparation malvani chicken masala

  1. Make a paste of 1/4 cup clean cilantro leaves, 4 green chilies, 4 large cloves of garlic, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  2. Apply this paste to 500 grams of chicken.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of Aachi Malvani Chicken Masala to the marinated chicken and mix well.
  4. Let it marinate for 1/2 hour.
  5. Take a pan and add 5 tablespoons of oil.
  6. Add 2 medium chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
  7. Add 1 teaspoon of Aachi ginger garlic paste and fry until the oil separates.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of Aachi Malvani Chicken Masala and mix well.
  9. Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry.
  10. Add little water and cook the chicken over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
  11. Add 1/4 cup of coconut milk, salt to taste and the required amount of water.
  12. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  13. Serve warm with chapathi / jowar roti or naan.
