Preparation Nellore Fish Biryani Masala

For the preparation of 500 grams of fish:

  2. Let this marinate in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Fry the fish and set it aside.
  4. Heat 100 milliliters of ghee and 100 milliliters of oil in a rice cooker.
  5. Add the following whole spices: Small piece of cinnamon, 3 cloves, 2 pods of cardamom, 2 star anise and a bay leaf.
  6. Heat this for 1 minute.
  7. Add 150 grams of sliced ​​onion and fry until golden brown.
  8. Add 70 grams of ginger / garlic paste and 2 green pepper cut lengthwise.
  9. Let this bake for some time.
  10. Add 100 grams of sliced ​​tomato and cook until it becomes soft.
  11. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves, 25 grams of Aachi Nellore Fish Biryani Masala and fry well.
  12. Add 1 liter of water with 500 grams of Basmati rice.
  13. Add salt to taste.
  14. Close the rice cooker with a lid.
  15. Cook the rice until tender.
  16. Add the fried fish on top of the rice and add chopped cilantro and mint leaves over it.
  17. Put the lid back on the rice cooker and heat it for another 15 minutes.
  18. The delicious Nellore Fish Biryani is ready to serve.

After opening, store the rest of the spice mix in an airtight container and use a clean, dry spoon.
