Green gram, rice, corn flour, green chili powder, ginger powder, salt, raising agent (E-500 (ii)), sodium carbonate, cumin.

Preparation of Pesarattu Mix

Add 200 grams of Aachi Pesarattu Mix in a bowl and add 400 milliliters of water.
Mix this well and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Place the pan on the fire and grease it.
Divide the batter from the center to the edge, pour oil on the sides and in the center.
Cook both sides until crisp and brown.
Serve the Rice Pongal warm with a suitable chutney.
