Explanation ingredients Sabji Masala

Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavor, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavor.
Cumin: gives a nut and peppery flavor to dishes. To be used in curry or chili, for example.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots of Curcuma plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.

Preparation Sabji Masala

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add 120 grams of chopped onions and fry until golden brown.
  2. Add about 200 grams of seasonal vegetables (of your choice) and fry it for 6 minutes.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of Aachi sabji masala and stir well through the vegetables.
  4. Add the required amount of salt and half a cup of water.
  5. Cook this for 8 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  6. Once cooked, serve the Sabji masala with naan / chapathi.
