Aachi Tomato Pickle is a delicious sweet, spicy South Indian tomato pickle. This pickle contains no garlic and is delicious as an accompaniment to meals or to dip a pappadum in. This highly concentrated pickle is often used by adding 1 or 2 tablespoons (depending on your taste) to rice as a flavor enhancer, but can also be used as a dip for papads, for example.
Tomatoes, refined vegetable oil, salt, red chili powder, mustard, fenugreek, jaggery, asafoetida and acidity regulator E-260.
