The organically grown aniseed is used as a flavoring herb in the kitchen, for example in aniseed bread. In addition, anise is used for, for example, gingerbread cookies or drinks such as aniseed milk. Anise is also used in alcoholic drinks such as the French pastis, the Greek ouzo or the Turkish raki.
This product is packaged and/or stored in a facility that also processes products containing nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, sesame, shellfish, soya, sulphite, fish and molluscs. Despite all precautions, this product may contain traces of these allergens.
Store in a cool, dark and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container.
It can be made into dough for biscuits, breads and cakes. Can also be used in many dishes.
The packaging is made of polypropylene and sometimes a small layer of polyethylene. Both are fully recyclable.
