Mix it with water and you get a creamy milk that can be used, among other things, to thicken sauces or enrich curries.
Simply cut the coconut cream into small pieces or grate it directly into your sauce and stir to melt it.
It can also be used instead of coconut milk in desserts by dissolving 50 grams of coconut cream in 100 ml of warm water.
