The Moringa plant contains important minerals and is a good source of proteins, vitamins, beta-carotene, amino acids and various phenols. As a result, it has various positive properties that can promote health.
Moringa extract can be mixed very well in smoothies, shakes and fruit juices, but can also be mixed into a fruit snack or stirred into yoghurt or cottage cheese. It can also be used in dishes, for example with (wok) vegetables, stock, soups and sauces. Moringa works in dishes as a natural and healthy flavor enhancer.
Take 125 ml of warm water and mix it with 30 ml of extract and consume twice a day before meals.
This product is packaged and/or stored in a company that also processes products containing wheat, nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, gluten, sesame, shellfish, soy, sulphite, fish and molluscs. Despite all precautions, it is possible that this product contains traces of these allergens.
