Explanation ingredients paneer tikka masala

Preparation paneer tikka masala

  1. Mix 100ml curd and 2 tablespoons Aachi Paneer Tikka Masala into a smooth, lump-free paste.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Dip 500 grams of diced breadcrumbs (cottage cheese cubes) in hot water and marinate these pieces with the above paste for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Roast the paneer pieces on both sides in a tava for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with lemon and onion rings.
  6. Serve the hot Paneer Tikka with a green chutney.
