Coriander, red chili powder, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, salt, turmeric, garlic, cardamom, fennel, Bengali lentils.

Explanation of ingredients mutton masala

Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavor, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavor.
Cumin: gives a nut and peppery flavor to dishes. To be used in, for example, curry or chili.
Cinnamon: can be used in both spicy and sweet dishes due to the wonderfully warm and sweet taste.
Clove: gives a spicy and spicy taste to dishes.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots of Curcuma plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.
Garlic: has a distinctive flavor and can be used in a variety of dishes.
Fennel: aids digestion and gives fresh breath. Fennel tea is used for coughing.
Cardamom: herbaceous plant of the ginger family. It has a pungent aroma and a sweet taste with a hint of lemon, camphor and bergamot. The green variant provides spice and freshness. The black variety is suitable for more powerful dishes such as curries and stews.

Storage advice

Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, transfer the contents to an airtight container. The spice mix can be kept for up to 2 years after production date.

 

Preparation mutton masala

  1. For 1 kg mutton, heat 100 ml cooking oil and add 100 g chopped onions, 100 g tomato, 50 g coconut paste and fry until golden brown.
  2. Now add 1 kg cleaned mutton and saute with 50 g of Aachi Mutton Masala.
  3. Add required salt and water.
  4. Allow to cook til tender.
  5. When the gravy thickens, add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.


This masala can also be used for vegetable curry.
