You can now make a delicious and healthy dosa with this mix based on kodo millet.

Kodo Millet Dosa Mix is easily digestible, contains a large amount of lecithin and is excellent for strengthening the nervous system.

It is rich in photochemicals, phytate that helps reduce cancer risks. It helps reduce body weight and is beneficial for postmenopausal women. It is good for people suffering from signs of cardiovascular disease such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Storage advice

Store in a cool, dark and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container.

Preparation

  1. Mix 500 grams of dosa mix with 1 liter of water and add 1 spoon of oil and stir until the dosa batter level.
  2. Add cumin as desired (there is already salt in the mix. Add salt if needed).
  3. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat the dosa pan.
  5. When hot, pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
  6. Grease them lightly with oil.
  7. Now the healthy and tasty dosa is ready.
