Vermicelli:
Processed Wheat Flour (Maida).
Spice mix:
Bay Leaf, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander, Onion, Cinnamon, Pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Fenugreek, Nutmeg, Cloves, Cardamom, Fennel, Cumin, Turmeric, Star Anise, Asafoetida, Curry Leaf, Iodized Salt, Malic Acid (INS451), Citric Acid (INS330), flavors (INS621, INS627, INS631), spinach, milk solids, lime, anti-caking agent (INS551).

Storage advice

Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container.

Preparation

  1. Add 100 ml of oil to a hot pan.
  2. Add sliced onion, tomato and 10 grams of ginger/garlic paste and heat well for a few minutes until the oil is released.
  3. Then add 100 grams of vegetables and the biryani masala. Heat this for 3 minutes.
  4. Now add 600 ml of water (salt is already in the masala) and salt to taste for the vermicelli.
  5. When the water boils, add the 200 grams of Anil vermicelli and stir regularly until the vermicelli is cooked.
  6. Then garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
  7. The healthy and tasty Anil Biryani Vermicelli is ready to be served hot.
