Pasta or noodles as it is called in Indian cuisine are an important part of the kitchen. The pastas available at geenaardappels.nl are organic, of premium quality and have a delicious, intense taste. The pastas are traditionally made from natural ingredients from the best controlled organic growing areas.
Our pasta is available in dried form. The preparation method varies per product. The most famous pasta is the noodles. You will also find some types of vermicelli in our shop.
There are also gluten-free pasta types. The range of gluten-free pasta will only grow.
Pasta without wheat or noodles without wheat are increasingly common in Indian cuisine. Many products are made from millet flour with the support of wheat flour, but there are also products that are made without wheat and therefore gluten-free.
Usually about 75 to 100 grams of dry pasta per person is used in the preparation of pasta. During cooking, the pasta absorbs moisture and the amount of pasta per person will be approximately 190 to 250 grams.
