Explanation ingredients kulambu chilli powder

Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavor, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavor.
Cumin: gives a nut and peppery flavor to dishes. To be used in curry or chili, for example.
Fenugreek: It is a plant of the legume family. The seeds can be used in, for example, salads, vegetable dishes or curry sauce. It has its own specific flavor.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots of the turmeric plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.

Preparation kulambu chilli powder

  1. Take vegetables of your choice and prepare them as usual with regular herbs in ghee / oil.
  2. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of Sakthi Kulambu Chili Powder.
  3. Stir the vegetables over low heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Close the pan with a lid for 5 minutes to preserve the taste and aroma of Sakthi chili powder.
  5. 1 1/2 Sakthi chili powder is enough for 500 grams of vegetables / 1 liter of cooked lentils.
  6. Samosa, potato, vada, kachori and various types of dishes can be prepared by using Sakthi chili powder for better taste.
