In our shop you will find a number of vegetable oil types, which are produced in a biologically responsible manner. A vegetable oil such as coconut oil has congealed at room temperature and therefore it is considered a butter or shortening.
Vegetable oil is obtained from, for example, seeds, nuts or fruits. Pressing under high pressure removes the oil present from the seeds, nuts or fruits.
Vegetable oil is widely used as cooking oil, but it can also be used in, for example, a dressing or sauce, or as a flavor enhancer. Certain vegetable oils have a higher smoking point, which makes them suitable for deep-frying.
