The organically grown nutmeg is often used over cooked vegetables, such as green beans and cauliflower. It can also be used in, for example, mashed potatoes, cheese sauce, cakes or pastries.
In the East it is used in rice dishes or curries.
This product is packaged and/or stored in a facility that also processes products containing nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, sesame, shellfish, soya, sulphite, fish and molluscs. Despite all precautions, this product may contain traces of these allergens.
Store in a cool, dark and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container.
Sprinkle over cooked vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes, etc.
The packaging is made of polypropylene and sometimes a small layer of polyethylene. Both are fully recyclable.
