Eat it raw like you eat cornflakes or muesli, with some (coconut) milk and sugar. First, rinse the rice flakes in a sieve under a cold tap. The thinnest variants are immediately ready for use, the somewhat thicker variants can be left in the sieve with adhering water for 10 minutes and the thickest variants are first spread over a deep plate and then sprinkled with some water. The wet flakes should be soft to the touch, without hard pieces. You can now stir-fry it as nasi. Or use it as a substitute for rice flour in dishes, for example, you will get a different texture.
