Explanation of ingredients

Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavor, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavor.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots of Curcuma plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.

Preparation Rasam Powder

  1. Make 1 liter of tamer stop / tomato juice.
  2. Fry mustard, peppers and curry leaves in oil.
  3. Add the tamer end / tomato juice.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of Sakthi Rasam powder and salt to taste.
  5. Boil this for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. The Rasam is now ready to serve.

After opening, store the rest of the spice mix in an airtight container and use a clean, dry spoon.
