Put a delicious apple pie on the table in no time with this traditionally prepared mix. Quick and easy to prepare.

Preparation

Add yourself: 1 medium-sized egg, 160 grams of butter, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 6 softly sour apples (approx. 1 kg), 75 grams of raisins, 20 grams of sugar.

  1. Preheat the oven (electric oven 190ºC, fan oven 170ºC).
  2. Grease the springform pan with butter or use cooking spray.
  3. Empty the contents of the apple pie mix bag into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Beat the egg and cut the butter into pieces. Add the butter and half of the beaten egg to the bowl.
  5. Knead the whole with a mixer with dough hooks or by hand into a cohesive dough ball. Then let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  6. Peel and core the apples and cut the apples into medium sized cubes. mix the apple cubes with the sugar, raisins and cinnamon.
  7. Line the edges and bottom of the springform pan with 2/3 of the dough. Fill the lined mold with the apple mixture and press down.
  8. Roll out the rest of the dough and cut into strips. Place the strips cross-left over the apple mixture. Brush the pastry strips and the edge of the cake with the rest of the beaten egg.
  9. Bake the pie until golden brown for 45 to 50 minutes. Note: the baking time may vary per oven. After baking, let the cake cool for about 1 hour before removing the spring form.
