Paprikas / bell peppers are always crunchy. The taste of the bell pepper differs per color; red is nice and sweet, green is spicier and yellow is the sweetest. Paprikas contain twice as much vitamin C as oranges.
The juice of the lemon gives dishes, drinks and sauces a fresh taste. In addition, the juice can prevent discoloration of, for example, banana, apple, pear and avocado.
