Preparation

1. Wash the rice in plenty of water, drain.
2. Bring a large pot of water to the boil.
3. Add the rice while stirring and salt to taste if necessary.
4. Bring to the boil again, stir briefly and let it simmer in a closed pan for 15 minutes.
5. Drain (use a sieve or colander).
