Store in a cool, dark and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container.
Preparation
Boil the soy chunks in plenty of water for a few minutes. For example with a stock block or some nasi herbs. Then let it soak for at least 20 minutes. Better yet, let it soak overnight. Then squeeze it out, fry it nicely brown and add enough predominant seasonings. Make your (stir-fry) dish and add the soy chunks.
You can also add the unsoaked soy chunks directly to a curry or pasta sauce and let it simmer.
