Mehnat Mazza Sella Basmati Rice is used worldwide because of the high quality long Basmati rice with a refined structure, which is used in restaurants and hotels.

Preparation

1. Wash the rice in plenty of water, drain.
2. Mix the rice with water, oil and salt (if desired) in a saucepan and let it rest for 15 minutes.
3. Then cook it for 15 minutes on medium heat with the lid closed, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the rice with a fork before serving.
