Soy comes from the soy plant and is made from the beans that make up the plant.
Soy can reduce cardiovascular problems and has a protein that has an anti-inflammatory effect. Soy also contains iron and vitamin B1. As with meat, soy contains a lot of protein. With excessive use, this can have the same effect as eating too much meat.
Soy is gluten-free. However, it can happen during the processing process that a so-called cross-contamination takes place. Because several products are processed and packaged, there may be traces of gluten from other products in the soy. Soy products where it is 100% certain that it does not contain gluten are labeled gluten-free soy in our shop. The soy without this label may contain traces of gluten.
Soy does fall under the so-called allergens. Some people can have an allergic reaction to soy.
We sell soy chunks / balls in 3 different sizes. These soy chunks can be used as a meat substitute in dishes.
