"Best" Soy Sauce

Mee Chun's "Best" soy sauce is a dark version. Dark soy sauce is made from fermented soybeans with wheat flour, water, sugar and salt. It is aged longer than light soy sauce, and caramel is added to make it a thick, dark, almost syrupy sauce. It is much less salty than the light soy sauce.
Mee Chun is known for its good price-quality ratio, a brand that you see often in the kitchens of Chinese restaurants.
