Qurban Sella Rice absorbs flavors well, making it a favorite choice for professional chefs and home cooks alike. The product is often matured under strict supervision to ensure the quality and length of the grains.
Preparation
- Wash the rice in plenty of water, drain.
- Mix the rice with water, oil and salt (if desired) in a saucepan and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Then cook it for 15 minutes on medium heat with the lid closed, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir the rice with a fork before serving.
