Put delicious brownies on the table in no time with this traditionally prepared mix. Quick and easy to prepare.

Preparation

Add yourself: 2 medium eggs, 150 grams of butter, 75 grams of chopped nuts or chocolate.

1. Preheat the oven (electric oven 180ºC, fan oven 180ºC).
2. Line the baking pan with baking paper.
3. Melt the butter gently in a saucepan. Pour into the mixing bowl and add the eggs 1 at a time.
4. Mix the mixture with a mixer until fluffy.
5. Add the brownie mix in 2 parts and mix this through to a smooth and lump-free batter.
6. Chop the nuts (mix) and the chocolate into small pieces and stir the nuts and/or chocolate into the batter and pour the batter into the baking tin.
7. Bake the brownie mix in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Note: the baking time may vary per oven.
8. Let the brownie cool. After baking, the brownie will collapse slightly so that the inside will remain nice and creamy.
