Teriyaki Sauce

Suitable for vegetarian food

This sweet-salty sauce, made according to an authentic Japanese recipe, is perfect for glazing or grilling dishes ('teri' means shine and 'yaki' means grilling). Ideal as a marinade. Also very suitable for stir-fries.

Water, sugar, soy sauce (brine, soybeans, wheat), preservative (E211), flavor enhancer (E635 - potassium iodate), cornflour, vinegar, ginger paste (ginger, salt, acidity regulator E330), pickled garlic (garlic, salt, acidity regulator E330), salt, spices, preservative (E202, E211).
