Unirice Jasmine rice is a special type of rice with a special smell and taste, from Asia. It is a nice, long, white, dry-cooking grain of rice.

It has been carefully cut and double polished. No broken rice has been added, so absolute top quality!

Preparation

1. Wash the rice in plenty of water, drain.
2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
3. Stir in the rice and add salt to taste if needed).
4. Bring to the boil again, stir briefly and let it simmer for 10 minutes in a closed pan.
5. Drain (use a sieve or colander for this).
