With this Dosa Mix you can make dosas yourself in no time.
 
Just add water to the mix and make a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for a while to allow the flavors to develop, then fry thin, crispy dosas in a hot skillet. You can serve your dosas with a variety of side dishes such as chutneys, sambar (a spicy lentil soup) or even your choice of fillings such as potato masala.

Preparation Diet Dosa Mix

  1. Take 200g of Aachi Diet Dosa Mix with 360ml of water.
  2. Mix well and let the batter stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the dosa tawa and pour a spoonful of batter on the dosa tawa.
  4. Pour 1 teaspoon of oil into the tawa and fry the dosa on both sides over medium heat.
  5. Serve the dosa hot with sambar or coconut chutney.
