Preparation of Sindhi Biryani Masala

  4. Fry this well.
  5. Add 500 grams of meat and fry it for 10 minutes.
  6. Add 45 grams of Aachi Sindhi Biryani Masala, 50 grams of sour cream, chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  7. Let this cook well.
  8. Add 500 grams of Basmati rice with 1 liter of water.
  9. Add salt to taste.
  10. Close the rice cooker with a lid and cook it until tender.
  11. After about 15 minutes the Sindhi Biryani is ready to serve.
