Preparation

1. Cook the noodles with a spoonful of oil and salt in boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Rinse the cooked noodles with cold water and spray a little oil on the noodles.
3. Bake sliced vegetables of your choice, garam masala, salt and pepper on a low heat.
4. Now mix in the cooked noodles and serve hot.
